CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted based on available time.
